A wine to put on the table and enjoy! This blend is representative of the harvest, wine, and potential that I have on hand in any given year. Blended to taste. Table Wine No 1 is —in almost equal parts—a blend of 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, 2023 Sauvignon Blanc from Summerland, and 2023 Chardonnay from Penticton.
