When whatever I've claimed fades, I find myself renewed, in search of the feeling once again.

A nod to the feelings of summer. Of tension, desire and love; a humming energy that builds underneath you, almost without your noticing. An energy so big that it has to burst. Release. And a desire for it all again.  

​Whole cluster press. Ferment in stainless steel and neutral barrel. Full malolactic fermentation in neutral barrel. One year in bottle prior to release. 

Smells like green fruit skins and little white flowers. Tastes like lime leaf, gooseberries and guavas.
