A Black Swan In Tangoland is Champagne circa 1973. All burnt oranges and wistfulness.
It smells like guavas, orange cake, and honey. Tastes like all the parts of an orange—pith, rind—like persimmons and sapotes, and caramelized pineapples. And if you can bear to leave in it your glass it gets ever so slightly graphite-y.

Feels full of pleasure! Like not being able to sit down, or stop rising flurries of sudden blind meaning and then getting distracted by the sunset in LA and forgetting it all. Some might say it's not what sparkling Chardonnay should be... But that doesn't mean it's not an amazingly structured wine.

A perpetual-motion machine of no-stakes elation and champagne fizz!
