Letters From A Pink Hotel is allllll corners. Corners that both reveal themselves to and unfurl themselves for you.
Smells a bit flinty at first open, then like lemon drop candies, then like barely ripe pineapples. Over time the nose gets softer, rounder, and more tropical. Think juicy meyer lemons sitting in the sun! Tastes like lemon curd, pineapple, green pear skins, and something slightly savoury that I just haven’t been able to name yet….
Feels like a lemon zinger and clouds of fluffy meringue at the same time. Like finding something you didn’t know you were looking for. Something you maybe didn’t recognize at first.
Angled and bright, but soft and generous.
